Shipping Info: I'll be using Royal Mail first class post. Going by practical experience (rather than what Royal Mail tell you) this usually means your CD will arrive in the UK within a couple of days. In the EU it can take a few days more depending on what part you're in - I know that sending stuff to the East of Germany can take a week or more to arrive. Outside the UK it can probably take up to two weeks depending on where you are but I do opt for sending CDs first class air mail which is the quickest they can go before becoming way too expensive. I dont take any profit on postage and packing so what you pay for this is what it costs me. The lady in our local Post Office is outrageously rude and unhelpful but if anyone has concerns over shipping I'll do my best to get info or advice out of her and will pass it on.
Return Policy: If there are any issues with the CD please let me know. If it's a faulty CD I'd rather have it returned to me so I can take it up with the duplicators but I'll replace it no problem.
